4:oo pm: Meet at Maritime Terminal -Main Harbor Master (known locally as "API" pronouced ah-pee). DO NOT SAY MARINA. You miss this boat you miss the wedding. Open bar in the boat. (Lets get the party started) 5:30 pm: Arrive at Las Caletas 6:00 pm: Ceremony Starts 6:20 pm: Cocktail time 7:00 pm: Dinner 8:30 pm: Dance 11:30 pm: Depart Las Calletas 12:30 pm: Arrive at the Marina

Address: Blvd. Francisco Medina Ascencio, Zona Hotelera Norte Terminal is also called "API" (Ah-pee) We have already paid harbor port fees the boat director will have the tickets. Terminal Marítima- Main Harbour Master, donde se estacionan los cruceros. Dress code

Answer

We would like our guest to enjoy the wedding and location as much as we do and be comfortable. The dress code is beach semi-formal ( shorts and a button down, linen pants and shirt, sun dresses... etc) We recommend wearing sandals as the terrain is rocky and sandy. I do not recommend heels. Nos gustaría que nuestros invitados disfruten de la boda y la ubicación tanto como nosotros y que se sientan cómodos. El código de vestimenta es semi-formal de playa (pantalones cortos y un botón, pantalones de lino y camisa, vestidos de sol ... etc.) Recomendamos usar sandalias ya que el terreno es rocoso y arenoso. No recomiendo tacones.

Money Exchange

Answer

I would exchange dollar to pesos through your bank before you leave or find the Mexican bank that is affiliated with your american one. Most if not all places accept credit card (mostly just visa not many places accept american express) but you will need pesos for taxis and tips. Bank of America is affiliated with Scotiabank and there is an ATM in the puerto vallarta airport at the very end on the way outside. The exchange rate is great 18 pesos to the dollar. We use this every time we go.

Once you arrive and get your bags you will go through a corridor filled with people that will try to give you free stuff or discount activities but they are all associated with time shares. There will even be people saying taxi but they are still connected to time shares. We usually very nicely walk fast through here and say no thank you . Keep walking until your all the way out side. (The ATMs are right before the outside doors) Take any of the taxis outside. (yellow and white) . Their are a few white suvs that are available for big groups that are not to costly if split with people.

If your staying at the Sheraton

We just stayed here while checking things out for the wedding and really enjoyed our stay. The spa here is beyond amazing and greatly recommend it. We would like to warn you that after checking in at the front their will be a lady or gentlemen affiliated with the hotel offering you a free drink and to go over stuff. YOU DO NOT NEED TO SPEAK WITH THEM. ITS FOR TIME SHARES OR A VIP CARD. Politely say you are not interested at all and don't want to waist there time or yours. You can then go enjoy your room and hotel.

Why no kids?

Answer

We are limited on the amount of people we could invite to this venue. We understand that you might want to take your kids as a family vacation and that is great. We would love to see them but please have someone they can stay with on the day of the wedding. Estamos limitados en la cantidad de personas que podríamos invitar a este lugar. Entendemos que es posible que desee llevar a sus hijos como vacaciones familiares y eso es genial. Nos encantaría verlos, pero tenga a alguien con quien puedan quedarse el día de la boda.
