Meghans perspective: The first day we met started with me learning my way to drop off my step sibling at their other parents house. As we pulled up two boys were sitting on the porch in pajamas. I got introduced to them both and went on my way not really thinking anything of it. Later, Kaitlyn said the boy I met that was my age on the porch ( Joshua) was interested in me and I should add him on snapchat. I ended up adding him, he added me back legit seconds after. He then messaged me first. From then we never stopped talking. Continuing to get to know each other and soon became best friends. After several months he finally asked me on a date and I said, YES! We became high school sweethearts. We moved in with each other in August of 2020. Now after 5 1/2 years we are getting married!

Joshuas perspective: The way I remember it was my brother Parker and I were waiting on my moms porch waiting for my dad to pick us up. Meghan and Jen her step mom showed up to pick up Kaitlyn. I remember thinking she looked so cute and beautiful even in her "ninjas hate crunchy leaves" shirt that she wore, and then our dad picked us up. Then I remember either later that day or the following day, I got a notification saying she added me on snapchat. So I nervously added her back. I messaged her first... and from there we started talking.
