Question

Will there be a Utah Reception?

Answer

Yes! We know that traveling with us to Puerto Vallarta is not going to be possible for some of you for a variety of reasons. We completely understand. But we still want to see you and celebrate with you. We will be planning a separate Utah reception a few weeks after the wedding. So come and say hi.

Is there a dress code for the wedding?

Answer

Yes. We would love to see all of you in beach colors. So beiges and blues of all their variations. Please don't choose white as the happy couple will be dressed in white. Remember it will be toasty warm so maybe consider linen or loose breezy clothes.

When should I arrive?

Answer

We recommend flying in on Friday May 30th, and join us for a welcome party, but that is up to you. There will be a dinner Saturday May 31st, you won't want to miss. Feel free to come in earlier, and stay later. Make it a real vacation.

Will there be airport transfer to the hotel?

Answer

Yes! This is included in your room rate if you book it here.

Will there be personal free time?

Answer

YES! of course! We want this to be your vacation too. We just ask that you come to the Saturday night event and the wedding and reception. Anything else is up to you. Feel free to coordinate excursions or activities with others in the wedding party or do your own thing.
