Where is my invitation?

Answer

To be mindful of both cost and the environment, we are sending most invitations digitally through text or email. A limited number of paper invitations will be mailed to those who may prefer them. If you have any questions about your invitation, please don’t hesitate to reach out—we’ll be glad to help

Are children under the age of 16 years old allowed?

Answer

This event will be a child free wedding, we ask please do not bring any children under the age of 15 years old.

Will we be allowed to take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

The wedding ceremony will be a unplugged area. We know you want to capture wedding memories but please do not have a phone or camera taking pictures during the ceremony.

What is the date and time of the wedding?

Answer

The wedding is on Sunday, February 1st, 2026, at 3:00 pm.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes. The dress code is Semi-Formal, meaning tuxes and gowns, as well as suits and cocktail dresses, are welcome. Due to it being the beginning of February, we recommend a shawl or sleeves for women. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out for assistance.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be outdoors but the reception will be indoors.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony starts at 3:00 pm, we recommend arriving about 2:45 pm to have time to find parking, grab a drink, and settle in a seat.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We kindly ask you to RSVP by January 1st.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to the size of our venue, we will not be able to accommodate plus ones unless they are addressed in your invitation.

Is the venue handicap accessible?

Answer

Yes, there are paved sidewalks all around the venue and handicap parking closer to the venue, but we will warn you that the chairs for the ceremony itself are on the grass.

Is there lodging nearby?

Answer

Yes. The main hotel is the Ritz-Carlton at Reynolds Lake Oconee, but there are many Airbnbs in the area as well as a Tru by Hilton, Green Garden Inn, and a Quality Inn (to name a few).
