When should I RSVP by?

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Stonefields has ample room for parking in the guest parking lot. Gusts are permitted to leave their vehicles overnight if they choose to take a taxi home. Vehicles must be picked up by 12pm the following day.

Can I bring a date?

Please note we have accounted for a certain number of guests only. Your RSVP will indicate how many guests are included on your invite

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

Although we would love to celebrate with everyone- this will be a kid-free event, so put your party hats on mom & dad!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Semi-Formal: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes-Ubers are available, as well as a shuttle that will pick you up from the Brookstreet Hotel in Kanata to the venue and back. Shuttle pickup time at Brookstreet: 2:50pm Arrival at Stonefields: 3:15-3:20pm First shuttle pickup time from Stonefields: 10:30pm Second shuttle pickup time from Stonefields: 12:45am
