The venue’s courtesy shuttle service begins pickups from hotels, local residences and Air B&B’s within 3 miles of the venue up to one hour prior to the ceremony start (please note that shuttle reservations are required - please see the Parking page of our website for more information, including how to reserve this service). The official ceremony start time is 4:30 PM, but guests will be invited to take their seats, and processions will begin, at 4:15 PM.
Our guest count is very limited, so if your guest is not already included on the invitation you received, please check with Josh or Laura to see if there is room to add a guest.
PARKING IS VERY LIMITED AT THE VENUE. The venue provides a courtesy shuttle service to immediate (beachside only) area hotels, local residences and Air B&B’s within 3 miles of the venue location, but reservations are required (please see the Parking page of our website for additional information, including how to make a reservation). We suggest carpooling, Uber/ride share or use of the venue’s courtesy shuttle service. Additionally, there will be overflow parking available within walking distance of the venue at Tide & Tonic restaurant at 1940 Highway A1A, Indian Harbour Beach, FL 32937, which is to be used only when venue parking is full, and guests will be directed to this location by parking staff when needed. If directed to overflow parking, please park in the back by the wall and not in the main parking area of the restaurant (please see the Parking page “Additional Parking Notes” for additional information regarding overflow parking).

We have not reserved a block of rooms at any particular hotel as there are several hotel and AirB&B options to choose from in the surrounding area. Please see above for a list of hotels commonly reserved by guests within the venue’s shuttle service area.
We invite our guests to wear semi-formal attire (tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses). The theme of our wedding is “simple elegance.” While we realize the venue is located on the beach, we would appreciate if guests would refrain from wearing casual or beach attire such as Hawaiian shirts, shorts, t-shirts, tank tops, swimsuits, or swim trunks.
The venue includes indoor reception and dining areas with ocean views as well as an outdoor patio area with direct beach access. Weather permitting, we plan for the ceremony and cocktail hour to take place on the outdoor patio area, and for the dinner and reception to take place indoors. Your presence at our wedding is enough of a gift, and anything additional is not expected. If you would still like to gift us something, we would prefer a contribution to one of our honeymoon funds, which can be found on the Registry page of our website. Contributions can be made to any of the funds by credit card or other payment method and in any amount. No amount is too small, and any amount is greatly appreciated.
