We're Getting Married

Katie and Josh’s story began in a high school gym class in 2019. Katie was a confident, outgoing freshman, and Josh was a go-with-the-flow senior who was ready to be out of high school. Their first conversation started unexpectedly when Josh asked if Katie had any land he could duck hunt on. Katie promised to ask her grandparents and get back to him — and just like that, they exchanged numbers. What started as a simple question soon turned into daily conversations, and before long, a first date. From that day on, they’ve been inseparable. Together, they’ve shared many of life’s most significant moments — from navigating COVID and celebrating two high school graduations (one virtual and one “normal”) to dancing at prom, facing the loss of loved ones, and cherishing countless holidays together. They’ve made memories on beach trips and cruises, supported each other through long-distance seasons, and celebrated milestones like the birth of her niece Evie and Katie’s college graduation. Through every season — the highs, the lows, and everything in between — Katie and Josh have grown stronger together. Their story is one of laughter, love, and unwavering commitment, and they can’t wait to begin their next chapter as husband and wife. 💍
