Dominic Coleman

Man of Honor

Dominic and Kari met at Apple and they bonded over movies and TV. We became roommates a few years later and have been each other's cheerleaders ever since! We have gone on trips to Nashville, Tennessee and Portland, Maine in the last decade and look forward to additional trips together. Dominic is one of the most genuine people and can make anyone's day brighter. Josh and I are both extremely happy to have him in our wedding party as Kari's Man of Honor because he is an amazing man, friend, roommate, movie buddy, and human.

Melinda Scalfaro

Matron of Honor

Melinda and Kari met in Kindergarten and remained close through Girlscouts, softball, and camping. Even after going to separate colleges and as she would put it "I left her and moved away" :), we made a point to always stay in each other's lives. Melinda is such a patient and kind person who has always been by my side. I couldn't imagine not having her as my Matron of Honor on my wedding day. She truly is someone I look up to and consider my family more than a friend.

Jenn Thomas

Maid of Honor

Jenn and Kari met in Kindergarten and have been by each other's sides through girl scouts, piano, softball, and marching band. We never let many days go by without checking in on each other and after all the years of traveling to visit each other because we were following our dreams, our friendship has only grown stronger. Jenn is the most talented and caring person and I am so happy I have been around for all the big and small things in her life. I have imagined her by my side on my wedding day for the last thirty-five years, and I'm so happy to have her with me. She has become my sister above all.

James Humiston

Best Man

Josh and Jimmy have known each other since second grade. They grew up playing little league baseball together. They have stayed in touch over the years and currently enjoy golfing whenever they get the chance. They both share a common obsession with music. Whether it is discovering and sharing new music or creating their own with whatever instruments available. They also share a passion for skateboarding and will shred till they're dead! Jimmy and Josh also recently became brothers-in-law last summer when Jimmy married his younger sister Chelsea.

Mike Hall

Groomsman

Mike and Josh went to the same school growing up however in 9th grade their souls would be forever forged in rock n roll. They will always be band brothers even if they never play another show under any of their many aliases. Mike and Josh also ran track and cross country together and were part of a state championship cross country team. If there is ever a guitar and some drums there will always be music made.

Groomsman

Josh and Josh. These two went to the same junior high and high school. Always had mutual friends but were never best friends until college. Most of their of group friends went to other schools while these two went to Kent State and worked together all through college. They were roommates at one time. They have been in many bands together. When you share the same name ya have to be brothers on some level.

Martin McPherson

Officiant

Fast friends since day one at Apple; Martin is the type of person you always want in your tribe. His genuine disposition is something that draws you in for the most amazing conversation. Kari was his “Best Lady” when he was married and what a privilege that was. We knew we wanted him to be by our sides on our big day. We can’t wait to have him as a very special part of our day as our officiant!
