Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Open bar will be provided; unable to guarantee lack of a hangover the following day. We cannot wait to cheers with you!

Is there parking available at the wedding venue?

Answer

The venue has ample space for parking but carpooling is encouraged! The property is up a one way road and we would love to reduce any traffic and emissions where we can!

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We kindly ask you to RSVP no later than July 13th, 2022. We look forward to celebrating with you!

What is the dress code?

Answer

Comfortable and classy! *The wedding is partially outdoors, so you might want to ditch the stilettos!*

What are your wedding colors?

Answer

Accents of Eucalyptus, Silver, and Rose will be our wedding colors!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive at the property around 12:45 so you have plenty of time to get situated, ceremony begins at 1:30

Is the venue smoker friendly?

Answer

There is a designated smoking area at the reception site only. The ceremony is located outdoors, on a grassy area, so in order to protect the delicate surroundings, smoking during the ceremony is prohibited.

Are kids welcome?

For our family members with children invited, we will provide milk and cookies as the champagne toast!

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes! The majority of our family and friends are staying at The Village Inn & The Highland Dell Lodge. Please check out the travel page for more information or other choices close to the venue!

I have dietary restrictions/allergies. What's the best way to let you know?

We are doing our best to accommodate allergens and provide food/beverage choices that everyone can enjoy and celebrate! Please feel free to contact us with any concerns!

May I bring a date?

Answer

As much as we'd love to celebrate with everyone, due to space constraints and capacity we are unable to accommodate any extra plus one's at our wedding. If anything changes, we will happily let you know!

Can I take photos?

Answer

PLEASE DO! We want as many angles of the day as possible! If you're taking pictures during the ceremony, please do not stand up or step into the aisle to do so or hinder the work of our photographer. When you share your pictures on social media, be sure to add our hashtag: #joshandkailasittinginatree

Driving directions to the venue? Crows Peak Ranch is located at 4900 Cazadero Hwy Cazadero.

Answer

Take 101 North towards Santa Rosa, take the River Rd Ext. & turn left at the light, continue west on River Rd going west towards Guerneville. Drive through Guerneville, next pass through the small town of Monte Rio, stay to the right at the ‘Y’ intersection. Continue west on HWY 116. After heading west (about 4 miles) turn right onto Cazadero HWY. Continue for approx. 5 miles - you will pass the local Forest Service Station on the right and soon after you will make a right up the driveway. (if you find yourself passing Raymonds Bakery or reached town- you’ve gone too far!). Once at the driveway – follow the THE BARN and green 4900 signs up the road – Drive slow and use caution around turns. You will reach a truck yard half way up the driveway – continue forward and up the hill. Here is where you will STOP and enter the gate code (0000) to pass through the gate.
