Where is your event located?

Answer

Windmill Weddings and Events is located off Newton Conehatta Road in Decatur, MS. The complete address is 5126 Newton Conehatta Rd, Decatur, MS.

Question

When should I RSVP, and how do I RSVP?

Answer

We do ask that you RSVP by October 15th. You're invitation will come with a perforated RSVP post card that is pre-stamped and addressed for your convenience! We do emphasize the importance of making sure your name is on the RSVP. If we receive blank RSVPs, we will do our best to attempt to locate the correct guest. However, if we are unable to determine your RSVP because it was unnamed after the deadline, we will be unable to accommodate you at the reception. That would really stink, so please remember to name your RSVP cards!

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

We are registered at Amazon, Walmart, Target, and Dillards! You can find all the links on our registry page, and all options are available for instore purchasing as well (with the exception of Amazon).

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We respectfully ask that you plan to arrive 30 minutes early so you don't miss the best parts of the ceremony!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We are asking guests to come in Delta Casual attire (i.e. Sunday dress, khakis, etc.). The ceremony will be held in a grassy area outside, so be cautious with shoe choices. No black tie or cocktail attire is required, we want everyone to come feeling nice, comfortable, and ready to celebrate! We do also ask that colors traditionally reserved for the bride (whites, ivories, etc.) be avoided out of respect for the bride. We can't wait to celebrate with you!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love our guests and all their children, but we do ask that for this event only children in the wedding party or of immediate relation to the bride and groom be in attendance in order to comply with venue accommodations. Come celebrate as a date night, mom's night out, etc.!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

We will be serving a pizza buffet! If you have a food allergy or sensitivity related to the food options, please reach out to let us know as soon as possible so that we can do our very best to accommodate you. We want everyone to be able to eat and celebrate without worry of allergies/sensitivities getting in the way.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Parking will be directed at the venue upon arrival.
