Usually meal service is about 45 minutes to an hour and a half including speeches & toasts. That is, the meal service portion of the timeline is normally only 45 minutes, but there will be food out for about an hour and a half to leave ample opportunity for seconds!
The historic weather in Brentwood has been around 60 Deg F to 86 Deg F on the first part of September. We anticipate a cooling as the evening begins and will have unlimited ice cold water during the ceremony. Should it be deemed too hot, we do have a backup location. All other proceedings to the ceremony are indoors.
We invited all those who are dear to our lives in one way or another. Times are, for a lack of better words, hard. We understand the plethora of bullocks life showers upon us. Video footage will be available some time after the event concludes.
Vegan, vegetarian, gluten free, and other special options are available to those who have dietary restristions. Please contact the bride and groom.
The bride and groom will have a few vehicles with drivers to aid with airport pickup, transport to group hotel locations, and for airport departures. Uber is suggested to and from the wedding. Or if traveling as a group, deals are available for limo services locally. Please contact the bride and groom for limo or transportation services.
Bringing a guest or your children is more than OK. In most cases we actually planned on the whole family going. If you were unable to add a plus one or children, please contact the bride and groom to have your RVSP updated.
