To our dearest friends and family, we have blocked rooms at the Fairfield Hotel to provide a comfortable stay for our wedding night. There are a few rooms available to book for both Friday and Saturday to those that have further travel. Reservations must be made before August 20th, so please don't wait to book. We chose this location due to its nearest distance from our venues and many accommodations. ACCOMMODATIONS INCLUDE: -Complimentary Breakfast Buffet -Onsite Fitness Center -Free WI-FI -Indoor Pool and Hot Tub Hotel check in is 3:00 p.m. You will have time to check in following the ceremony and before the reception. Shuttle

To and from Fairfield Inn & Tansy Hill Farm

We hold every guest near and dear to our hearts. We understand that our reception venue is located off the beaten path. We want everyone to be safe, have fun, and have no worries for the night. Thus, we felt it necessary to provide Lamers Bus shuttles to and from the hotel and reception all night. For those that are not staying at the hotel, you may still utilize the shuttle by parking in the hotel lot for the duration of the wedding. This will ensure that you make it back to town safely. Please see the shuttle schedule below: Leaving from Fairfield Inn & Suites Hotel to Tansy Hill Farm: -3:25 p.m. -4:15 p.m. Leaving from Tansy Hill Farm to Fairfield Inn & Suites Hotel: -9:00 p.m. -10:00 p.m. -10:45 p.m. -11:30 p.m.
