We kindly ask that you let us know by March 31, 2026 if you will be in attendance. Your RSVP will ensure that everything goes smoothly for such an important day. This will also help us make sure that we have plenty of food and seating for all of our guests. Any last rsvp’s unaccounted for will be marked as “not attending.” Thank you so much for your understanding and accommodation! For anyone who is unable to attend our wedding, your presence will be missed, but we look forward to celebrating with you in the future! If you’re not aware of Odessa’s crazy traffic and drivers, it is highly suggested that you plan to arrive at our venue a little early. You will be allowed to go inside 30 minutes before the ceremony starts to find a seat and relax. We understand that life happens though! We want to make sure that everyone gets there safely. We do ask that you please be seated by 4:55pm in order for us to be on time and running on schedule. If you arrive late, you will be asked to remain in the Blooming Banquet Hall, and to patiently wait for the ceremony to end. This is to ensure that there are little to no interruptions/distractions being made during the ceremony. The cocktail hour will begin directly after everyone is dismissed from the ceremony and you may go inside of the reception room to grab food and drinks! By getting there a little earlier, you may find a friend and have time to mingle/catch up before the ceremony begins! Thank you for your understanding. We would love to have all of our favorite people ready to experience this special moment together!
Cocktail Attire For the ladies, this can be any maxi/midi dress with fun colors, patterns, and textures. For the men, you have free range of a classy suit with dress shoes, or even a sports coat with jeans and boots. Whatever makes you most comfortable for a long night of fun! PLEASE NOTE- the bridal party will be wearing different shades of pink, the groomsmen will be wearing light grey. So we politely ask the guests to avoid wearing these colors. As for the obvious, though it may be a given, just a reminder to please stay away from wearing any shades white, ivory, or cream. PLEASE don’t hesitate to reach out to either the bride or groom for any further questions about attire or anything else! We are so grateful to be able to share this day with all of you!
For our event, we want to make sure that we have a relaxed/comfortable environment for everyone, so we kindly ask that only those listed on your invitation be in attendance, including kids, other friends, or family members. With certain wedding restrictions, we would prefer this event to be an adults-only event. However, if you need to bring your children, they are welcomed by us. We do politely ask that you make sure that they are respectful of our event. We hope you understand, and we are so thrilled to celebrate with you!

Both! If you’re from Texas, you know how crazy our weather is, no matter what time of year it is. To try our best to accommodate any weather restrictions with our wedding being in May, we have carefully picked 3 spaces of the property for everyone to enjoy their time! We will be having both an indoor and outdoor experience. Our ceremony will take place in the Garden Haus of Lantana Acres. The cocktail hour will be inside of the Blooming Banquet Hall, as well as the reception to follow. For the remainder of the night, we will also have the Courtyard outside area space available for anyone who is interested in some fresh air or time to enjoy the weather outside. Best of both worlds! Since we will be having both indoor and outdoor spaces, please dress accordingly to the possible pre-summer heat, you never know here! It’s going to be a day to remember. We can’t wait to celebrate with our favorite people!
YES! When you arrive to Lantana Acres, there will be a dirt lot on the north side of the property and it is all free parking for anyone attending our event. We can’t wait to see you there!!!
