The wedding & reception will be held at Hubers Gasthaus 1231 Friendly Grove Rd Olympia
Ceremony starts at 4:30. Please arrive no more than 15-20 minutes early.
Both the ceremony & reception will be outdoors. It will be held on a combination of grass and cement, so ladies wearing heels, please plan shoes accordingly
The reception will conclude at 10:30pm
Dressy casual! Think sundresses, button-downs, slacks. Wear what makes you comfortable and come ready to get down on the dance floor!
Parking is limited to 40 spots, please consider carpooling if at all possible. Ubers and Lyfts are available in the area.

Please put phones away during the ceremony so everyone can be fully present. We have a professional photographer that will be taking photos during the ceremony. You are welcome to take as many photos and videos during the cocktail hour and reception! Please don’t forget to share your photos by scanning the QR code on your table at the reception.
Light snacks and drinks will be available during the cocktail hour in between the ceremony and reception. Dinner, drink and dancing will follow the cocktail hour.
