What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony starts at 4:30 pm. Please arrive by 4:15 pm to allow time for parking and finding your seat!

What is the address for the ceremony/reception?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will both take place at The Barn at Raccoon Creek, 7301 West Bowles Avenue, Littleton CO 80123.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code is semi-formal! Examples for women: below-the-knee dresses, slip dresses, a dressy skirt and top, or a pantsuit Examples for men: a dress shirt and slacks, with the option to wear a tie and jacket Please no jeans or flip flops!

Is there parking for the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Yes, the ceremony and reception will both take place at the same location, the Barn at Raccoon Creek, and there is onsite parking.

What will the weather be like?

Answer

Spring weather in Colorado can be unpredictable! Average temperatures at this time of year are in the upper 60s to lower 70s, but can cool off quickly in the evenings. The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors, so we recommend bringing a jacket, just in case. The venue does have an indoor option if there is rain!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Dinner will be a barbecue buffet. We will have vegetarian, dairy-free, and gluten-free options. On your RSVP, please indicate any food allergies to ensure we are able to accommodate all dietary needs. Please reach out to Josh or Emma directly if you have additional questions or concerns.
