We can’t wait to celebrate with you all during our wedding weekend at Hilltop Hideaway! As we prepare to begin this new chapter of marriage—and our upcoming move to Fort Bragg this July—we feel incredibly grateful to be surrounded by the people we love most. This weekend is not only a celebration of our union, but also a beautiful coming together of two families. We hope you’ll take the time to kick back, relax, and enjoy everything the venue and the Texas Hill Country have to offer. Most of all, we’re excited to spend meaningful time together and create lasting memories with each of you. We love you all and can’t wait to celebrate!
Dylan and Joshua met on New Year’s Eve in 2021 in San Antonio… and then didn’t speak for years. They crossed paths again in 2024, but once again—nothing. That August, Joshua started reaching out on social media. Dylan would reply here and there… usually with weeks (or months) in between. After a while, Joshua was pretty sure she wasn’t interested. Then, on December 16th, Dylan casually responded to a message he had sent nearly a month earlier—continuing the conversation like no time had passed. And then added: “I heard you wanted to take me on a date.” Joshua didn’t hesitate. Their first date on December 19th made up for lost time, and from that moment on, they were inseparable. On February 18, 2025, Joshua asked Dylan to be his girlfriend—and this time, she replied right away. Just over a year later, in Alaska under the Northern Lights, Joshua proposed. She said yes!
