We met at SUWS of the Carolinas, a connecting experience that was a vortex of wildness and adventure. SUWS is a wilderness therapy program for at-risk youth. It wasn’t until about a year later that we began developing a relationship after being set up by our mutual friends, Cat & Seamus. We share a variety of interests such as a love for the outdoors, family and good food. Danae found Josh endearing by his lighthearted yet sincere manner and fell in love with his old soul. Josh fell for Danae’s determination, passion, and how she wears her heart on her sleeve at all times. After years of dating, Josh proposed in downtown Asheville, and Danae gave an enthusiastic yes. We are so excited to be on this journey together. We hope you’ll come celebrate with us!
