We’ve been married since 2017 but never actually had a wedding, just the Justice of the Peace and 2 witnesses only. I (Clarrissa) gave my life to God on Dec 7th 2022 and have decided that it’s time to do things right as we do our vow renewal. Josh (the groom) has been asking me a few years now to redo our vows but I kept telling him that we didn’t need to. Since Dec of 2022, me and my husband has been doing so much better compared to when we first got together and when we first got married. I owe God the thanks for the way we are today. I give God the thanks for this journey of planning this wedding because he has shown that no matter what we go through as a couple, that as long as we put God first, there is peace before, during and after the events. We decided to do March 8th 2025, to do our wedding because March 6th is our wedding anniversary and we feel like it would be easier told plan it this way as well we could celebrate our anniversary. People say that we change throughout our years, I couldn't agree more but for me and Josh, we have changed for the better each following year. We've had our ups and downs but I can say for sure that I wouldn't want any other man. God knew what he was doing when Josh and I got together and I'm grateful that I get to grow in the Lord's path but getting to show my husband what God can do for not just me but for him too, is truly amazing.
