It's all happening!

Grand Valley State University is where it all started. Their paths first crossed at freshman orientation. Little did they know, there was so much more to come! Fast forward a year and a half and a cheesy pick-up line later, their adventure as a couple officially began on October 22nd, 2011.

To celebrate their 5th dating anniversary, Josh organized the perfect day in Grand Haven for Chelsea. The morning consisted of a beautiful hike at Rosy Mound Natural Area followed by coffee and scones at the Baker's Wife. They spent the afternoon carving pumpkins and watching college football. On their way to what Chelsea thought was a romantic dinner for two, they stopped to take a sunset picture at an overlook of Lake Michigan. It was at that moment that Josh pulled a ring from his jacket pocket and got down on one knee. Chelsea said "YES!" (through a stream of tears and overwhelming joy) and arrived at dinner to find all of their closest friends and family waiting to celebrate this special moment.
