When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP no later than Thursday, February 12th. Your timely response helps us finalize seating, catering, and other details. We’d really appreciate hearing from you as soon as possible!

Where is the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will take place at: 1140 Broadway Ave NW, Grand Rapids, MI 49504 You won’t have to travel between venues—everything will be in one location for your convenience.

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

There are multiple parking lots within walking distance of the venue. Parking is limited at the venue itself, and is reserved for the wedding party, and guests who need accommodations. A venue staff member will be present to direct you to the correct parking lot. Refer to the parking information tab on the wedding website to view the map of parking locations.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We recommend arriving between 1:00 PM and 1:25 PM to find your seat and get settled. The doors to the ceremony will close at 1:30 PM, as the ceremony will begin promptly at that time.

Will there be food and drinks?

Answer

Yes! A full dinner and bar service will be provided at the reception. If you have any dietary restrictions, please let us know when you RSVP so we can accommodate you.

What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

After the ceremony, we’ll transition right into cocktail hour and dinner at the same venue. Then—dancing, dessert, and celebrating!
