It all started with a BOOM! on Bumble. We both decided to go on a date to see the holiday lights in Naples and go to a wine bar. After Candice found out that his middle name was Ariel "like the little mermaid" and Josh learned that she knew a vast amount of history about Trader Joe's, they knew it was meant to be. After the very first date, Josh and Candice were texting each other incessantly and just couldn't wait for more dates to come. They immediately got the membership to Aquarium in Long beach where they named one of the sea otters, Charlie and this tiny fish, Spotty. While exploring exotic food in Long Beach, they soon found out they both love sushi and Josh introduced Candice his favorite Sushi spot in Long Beach, Maru Maki where you basically can gorge on Sushi for a very affordable price. On the very next valentine's day, Josh asked Candice to be his girlfriend on a romantic card where Candice tick marked "Yes!'.

Josh sets alarm for Candice every day and wakes her up in the morning. Josh picks up Candice's Amazon/Nordstrom packages from downstairs and returns for her. Josh makes Candice's sandwiches for lunch everyday. Candice cooks Josh the best Trader Joe's orange chicken that she was never interested in trying. Candice saves the last bite of the food for Josh. Candice buys Josh new succulents when his old ones die.
