Our story began in 2021 at The Living Gospel Church-Houma, where God had a beautiful plan in store for us long before we realized it. We were two people who shared a love for God and crossed paths in the most perfect way: through a desire to study His Word together. A simple conversation quickly turned into a strong friendship, built on faith, laughter, and endless conversations about God’s Word. As Brielle’s family began joining the church, our bond grew stronger. We fellowshipped after shut-ins, birthday parties for the youth, and church youth events. Joshua had the honor of assisting in Brielle and her sister’s baptism. Our hearts grew closer through prayer, fellowship, and many shared moments. We realized that our connection was something truly special and ordained by God. With faith as our foundation, we prayed over our feelings for one another, and in God’s perfect timing, we stepped into a relationship—one where Christ would always remain at the center. We are beyond grateful as we prepare to take the next step in our journey. We’re thankful for God’s guidance, for the love we share, and for the beautiful adventure ahead. With faith as our anchor and laughter as our melody, we can’t wait to build a life together, forever rooted in love.
