Josh went to the same middle school as Ariana's older brother, and in 2005, the two became close friends. Josh started spending more time at their house, and that's where he met Ariana. They quickly grew close- staying up late while the rest of the house slept, getting caught in fits of laughter as they did chores together. Little did they know, that friendship was the beginning of something extraordinary.

As they grew older, life led them in different directions. Then one night, Josh sent Ariana a message on Facebook, and just like that, their connection sparked anew. They messaged constantly- day after day, year after year. After five years of heartfelt conversations and growing closeness, they both realized they wanted something more. In July 2017, they officially became a couple.

Shortly after their seventh anniversary, Josh bought the ring. He tried to plan the perfect proposal, but nothing felt quite right. 2024 had been a difficult year for Ariana and her family, and one evening, Josh decided he couldn't wait any longer. After they got home from work, he asked the question. Without a moment's hesitation, Ariana said yes! We cannot wait to see y'all in Colorado to help us celebrate this next chapter in our lives!
