We're so excited to see you in Mexico!

-I was sitting in Chemistry class during my freshman year of college and this guy walked in super late and I remember thinking "this guy is kinda cute" a few days later the "late guy" became my lab partner. Luckily for me he was really good at math and he ended up offering to tutor me. Our first "tutoring session" was at Surf Club and that "session" was when I realized this guy is actually really funny. After that we began to hang out more frequently until he eventually become my boyfriend, a few months later we adopted Paxx and then Kiah then Bear and we have been traveling the world together ever since! -When Josh proposed it was so unexpected. It was New Years Eve and we had been exploring Rome all day When we got back to the hotel he told me to get dressed and then he disappeared for a while, which if you know Josh isn't that unusual. Anyways he took me to this amazing dinner and then we walked to the colosseum to watch the fireworks, and right at midnight he proposed! The ring is so beautiful and I am still not over how perfect the proposal was! Btw, think about how cute Josh looked smuggling my ring around Italy! --I love that our story started in college because I have been blessed to see Joshua graduate and transition from bartender to successful engineer, and I am so excited to see what lies ahead for him.

It was Jan 2015, I originally wanted to enroll in the afternoon Chem 2 class at DMC, but the class was full, so I had to enroll in the morning class instead. I think it was fate. The morning of the first day of class was normal; woke up, got dressed, ate breakfast, then went to class. I walked in and sat down on the right side of class. That’s when I saw a very good looking girl on the other side of class. I didn’t know how to approach her, but I lucked out because we ended up being lab partners. She was funny, so we clicked right away. She would talk about her dogs a lot which is one of the reasons we clicked because I had just bought my dog, Artimes. Now let me tell you how I met Stacy. Just kidding! Moving on to Feb 2015; I was tutoring Stacy and I finally worked up the courage to ask her out that night. We decided on Olive Garden, which to this day is one of my favorite restaurants cause of that. Soon after we went out to eat again at BJ’s Brewhouse. This was the first time we had seen each other dressed up since we usually saw each other in casual wear at class. She was wearing a black dress and looked stunning. We laughed a lot and had an amazing time; I knew we had something special. Little did I know that Spring of 2015 would change my life forever. On a side note I considered Olive Garden our first date, but Stacy thinks its BJ’s Brewhouse...what do y’all think? Since the first time we met and our first date we have shared so many great moments. Some were grand adventures like snowboarding in Colorado Mountains or some were small but still just as special like watching the last episode of GOT and saying, “what was that?!”. Fast forward to Dec 2019 I knew I couldn’t ask for a better life partner, so I had to propose to her. Of course, a special lady needs a special proposal, so I took her to Rome, Italy. Now we are finally getting married and I am blessed to spend the rest of my life with her.
