Will Lodging be Available?

Bunk beds are available for all guests. Checkout time on 3/3 is 10 AM! Private rooms are limited and have been reserved for the parents of the bride and groom and immediate family members. If families would like to purchase a private cabin from 2/29-3/3, you may do so by contacting Kaci Daniel at Kaci.Daniel@fivestarretreat.com and cc'ing Alli & Josh at Alli.Balleza@gmail.com & Joshua_A_Martinez@hotmail.com. More information about Lodging either in the Lodge or Private Cabins at the Five Star Retreat can be found here: https://www.fivestarretreat.com/Lodging/ If you'd like to reserve a room at a hotel local to the area, options are available in Dickson or Centerville. We recommend the Fairfield Inn & Suites in Dickson, the newest hotel in the area.

What Food Will Be Available?
Answer
The Reception Dinner will include a Pasta Trio of Ziti, Chicken Cavatappi, Spaghetti & Meatballs, & Mac-N-Cheese (3/2). For the morning after the wedding, a continental-style breakfast including bagels, pastries, muffins, and yogurts will be available (3/3). The Rehearsal Dinner will include Papa Kay Joe's BBQ (3/1). Chili Board is available for family night (2/29). Groceries for breakfast & lunches will be provided with a full chef-kitchen to cook in for all guests. Feel free to bring any food, creamer, or drinks your family prefers. If there are allergies we should be aware of, please reach out to Josh and/or Alli. (2/29-3/1) Nearby restaurants: Pinewood Store and Kitchen, Pizza Junction, Colton’s, Mason Jar Cafe, and many other restaurants in Dickson.

What Drinks Will Be Available?

Champagne, Wine, & Beer will be available to all guests. We encourage tipping the bartender! Otherwise, water, tea, and lemonade. Coffee is available during the mornings and early afternoons.

For those arriving early, there are several outdoor activities -- hiking, fishing, boating (paddle boats, canoes, and kayaks), golf carts & UTVs (rentals available, can bring your own), or bonfires.
