It’s happening!

The year is 2013. 9th grade Reagan had just accepted Joshua’s friend request on facebook when he messaged her for her number... a true fairy tale beginning. It wasn’t until the following May when Joshua asked Reagan to go to semi-formal with him. After the 3rd time asking, she FINALLY said yes. They’ve been in love ever since!

It all started when my friend, Ashlyn, asked me to be a model for her in a photoshoot at Dogwood Canyon! It had been planned for about a month, so my mom took me to get my nails done that morning and I got ready for the photoshoot. Joshua met at Ashlyn and her husband Dani’s house, left with Dani, and 20 minutes later I arrived to carpool with Ashlyn. A 2 hour car ride later and we got to the proposal site! Ashlyn positioned me so that Joshua could surprise me from behind and our photographer was ready off to the side to capture my genuine reaction!
