a day to remember!

In 2020, Josh sent Kaytlin a friend request on Facebook, not knowing that this simple gesture would set their lives on a new and beautiful path. A few days of casual conversation quickly turned into deeper, more meaningful chats, and soon enough, something magical began to grow between them. As fate would have it, they found themselves separated by miles - Kaytlin in Wisconsin, and Josh in Kentucky. Despite the distance, they made it work, traveling to see each other every few weeks. Whether it was late-night Facetime calls or meeting halfway when possible, the two built a love that only grew stronger with time. Their love also blossomed with Josh's daughter, Hayden, becoming a special part of their journey, creating even more cherished memories together as a family. Two years later, in March 2022, Kaytlin made the biggest leap of faith - she packed up her life in Wisconsin and moved to Kentucky. What seemed unthinkable at the time turned out to be the best decision she ever made. From there, their connection only deepened as they began their life side by side. On New Year's Eve, 2023, Josh surprised Kaytlin with a night to remember. He planned a romantic getaway to a cozy, intimate cabin in Gatlinburg, Tennessee. As midnight was approaching and in Kaytlin fashion she was falling asleep, Josh changed up the mood and surprised her and got on one knee and asked Kaytlin to spend forever with him. Kaytlin said yes, knowing that their adventure was just beginning. And now, surrounded by the love of their family, they're ready to say "I do" and begin the next chapter of their beautiful love story.
