We are happy to say that VIR will also allow our guests to camp on site if you don't want to stay in the lodge. Bring your campers, motovans, tents, or whatever you need. Let them know at the front gate that you are looking to camp and it should only be $30 for the whole weekend! There are also a limited number of spots with full hookups onsite. Although we would love for you to stay on-site at VIR, we understand some may want to explore other options. There are various hotels in the nearby town of Danville, VA. Flight
Since VIR is a racetrack, it is located in a rural area. While we expect most people will drive as we've always done, there are some options for flying in to shorten the driving time. If you choose to fly in, the closest airport is in the Raleigh-Durham area in North Carolina, about an hour and 15 minute drive to the venue.

Richmond International Airport will probably offer more flight options, but this comes with a 2.5 hour drive.
