Question
When should I RSVP by?
Answer
Please RSVP no later than 30th June using the QR code on your invitation, or by clicking the RSVP tab in the menu above. If you do not RSVP in time, we will assume that you are unable to attend.

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?
Answer
Please arrive at Foxtail Barns between 12:30 pm and 1:00 pm. The bar will be open on arrival. All guests will need to be seated for the ceremony starting at 1:30 pm.

Is there parking?
Answer
Yes! There is a large private car park available to guests. You are able to leave your car in the car park overnight, however please collect your car before 10 am the following day.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?
Answer
We are having an unplugged ceremony, meaning that once the ceremony begins, we ask that all phones are put away.

Can I bring a guest?
Answer
We are only able to accommodate those guests stated on your wedding invitation. We want to keep our wedding intimate with our closest family and friends. Thank you for understanding.

Are my children invited?
Answer
We love your children, but we are asking guests to refrain from bringing children unless otherwise stated on the invitation. Have a much deserved night off!

What is the dress code?
Answer
Dress to impress! Please avoid wearing black or white, as this is reserved for the wedding party.

What food will be served?
Answer
We promise you will not be hungry! However, we are not offering guests the opportunity to choose their food. If you have any special dietary requirements please state on the RSVP and our caterers will accommodate you.

Does the bar accept cash payments?
Answer
The venue operates a cashless bar, meaning that drinks can be purchased by card only. Thank you for understanding!

What time will the evening festivities conclude?
Answer
Last orders are at 11:45pm. All guests are required to depart from the venue by 12:30am.
Question
How can we give a wedding gift, if we'd like to?
Answer
Gifts are not expected, we already have everything we need! If you would like to give us a gift, we would be grateful for contributions towards our honeymoon.
