What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We recommend arriving at the ceremony venue between 3:30 and 3:45 pm. This will give you ample time to find your seat, enjoy a glass of champagne, greet other guests, and be comfortably settled before our 4:00 pm ceremony begins.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Our wedding calls for elegant cocktail attire. Ladies, we invite you to wear cocktail dresses, dressy jumpsuits, or tailored pantsuits, and gentlemen should plan to wear suits. We can’t wait to see everyone looking their best as we celebrate our special day!

Are kids welcome?

We've chosen to make our wedding an adults-only event, allowing all our guests to fully enjoy the celebration without interruption. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to sharing this special evening with our adult loved ones.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

We have reserved a limited number of parking spaces (15) at the Trinity Parish Church, a short 2 minute walk from our venue. We strongly encourage walking or ride sharing from your hotel, but if you plan on parking near the venue please reserve a spot by contacting Clare at 770-862-7202. Parking is difficult in Downtown Historic St. Augustine so please plan accordingly to make your night as enjoyable as possible.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

We kindly request that guests do not take photos during the event. We have professional photographers to capture every moment so we can unplug and enjoy!

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

To ensure we can accommodate all our beloved guests, only those explicitly named on your invitation are included. Thank you for understanding!

Do you have a hotel block for guests?

Answer

We did not block out rooms, so feel free to book a room where you feel most comfortable.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes, we are happy to accommodate most food allergies and dietary restrictions! Please ensure you let us know in advance.
