Boston to Provincetown 115 miles. New York City to Provincetown 299 miles. Provincetown is at the end of Route 6. From the south you can come through Providence Rte. 195; from the north or west Rte. 495 or through Boston by Rte. 3. All routes connect with Route 6. Driving time from Boston or Providence is almost two hr and 15 min, New York about six hours.
