What time should we arrive for the ceremony?

We recommend arriving 30 minutes early to allow time for parking, seating, and a quick hello before we begin!

Is the ceremony and reception at the same location?

Yes! Both the ceremony and reception will take place at The Boulders at Black Canyon!

Will the Ceremony be indoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be held indoors, but the cocktail hour and part of the reception will take part outdoors! (weather permitting)

What type of food will be served?

Answer

We will have a cocktail hour with light appetizers and a plated Dinner with each guest choice of either Filet or Sea Bass

What airport should I fly into?

Denver International Airport (DIA)- about 1.5 hours from Estes Park!

Is transportation provided from the airport or hotels?

We recommend renting a car, as ride-share options can be limited in the mountains!
