Best Man
Adult friendship is weird. I met Andrew three years ago interviewing him as a bartender, but truly felt a lifetime of friendship with him. He's been a drinking buddy, voice of reason, my free 99 therapist, always there regardless of the situation. He was with me on day one when Roselyn walked into the bar and I know will continue to be vital part out my (our) life.
Maid of Honor
She is my sister, my unconditional support, my other half, the best maid of honor i could have, I just thank God for having her this special day with me.
Groomsman
Andrew was my orientation leader in college, we were roommates for three years and had countless nights of shenanigans in Boston. We’ve been close since then, traveled together, visited each other is whatever city we reside in. His family has taken me in and definitely become my Houston family as that is where he’s from.
Bridesmaid
She is one of my bridesmaids, my parents and her parents decided to be best friends and raise us as sisters. She has always been in my important moments, and this is one of the most important days of my life and of course having her by my side is one of the greatest privileges.
Groomsman
Matt and I met at Suffolk University while both pursuing an Entrepreneurial degree. For three years we shared classes, were in groups and pitched a business idea together as seniors. Since both graduating he has visited me every year no matter what city I'm living in. When I go to the East Coast he is a person I will always coordinate with or make the time even if i'm there for a day. He's got that hard core East Coast mentality that I so much enjoy and when we talk I feel at home.
Bridesmaid
She is my bridesmaid, we have a friendship over 10 years, I'm her communion godmother. we danced together at an academy for many years, we were one of the best neighbors that exist, we had an amazing teenage and that spends this important day with me is very praiseworthy.
Groomsman
We worked together in Oregon. One of the first times we hung out he was on his Harley and I was on my Vespa. Did the "low wave" to an oncoming motorcyclist and Garrett flung his hand up with a flailing wave, I nearly crashed from laughing so hard. He and I think a lot alike, He's West Coast raised but like myself has the 80 year old East Coaster in his blood already. I was only in Portland for 18 months, but again created a friendship that felt like it began in childhood.
Bridesmaid
The Hardest friendship I've ever had has been with her. At first we couldn't talk and now we can't stop seeing each other for a week. I thank God for putting her on my way right when I move from my country to a new one, she has been there for me at all times and deserves to be with me at my most important moment.
Bridesmaid
Michi, another friend who make Houston feel like home, sincere friendship and who has been with me in the good and bad, super powerful girls. Thank you for being part of my Bridesmaid group.
