What's the best way to get to Chicago?

Answer

Chicago has two airports - O'Hare and Midway. Both are convenient to both downtown and the venue. All else being equal, Midway is easier to navigate but it's mostly Southwest. If you're coming from Saint Louis or Kansas City, Amtrak is another great option. Chicago is also fairly drivable as big cities go, but if you drive here we recommend arriving and parking for a relaxing time. The adventurous will be able to find a way to ride out the three-day weekend with street parking with limited need to move their cars. If you're going to pick a garage, make sure that you use an app like SpotHero or BestParking.

What's the best way to get around in Chicago?

Answer

Uber/Lyft is generally the best way to get around Chicago. We also have a good subway system, particularly if you're moving toward or away from downtown. Guests can also use the parking lot for Hayt Elementary School, about 1.5 blocks from the venue, for the duration of the ceremony. The lot is located on Greenview Ave. just south of Thome Ave.

Is anything happening on Sunday?

Please join us for a post-wedding brunch in West Loop! The venue is Time Out Market, a food hall with many vendors and all different types of cuisine. We have a space reserved from 11-3 and guests can come and go as they like.

Answer

Guesthouse reservations will fill up fast, so please let us know as soon as possible if you'd like to stay there. Otherwise, please RSVP by April 1!
