Outside of freshman Spanish, a happy bubbly girl came down the hall. "Oh my gosh, your'e so small!" Pao exclaimed hugging Josh and ruffling his hair. Flustered, Josh pushed her off rushing to hide in the sanctuary of the classroom.

After a year of having the same classes, Pao and Josh had become close friends. Pao, with the knowledge she could hide under the cover of summer if it did not go well, waited till the the very end of the very last day of junior year. Pulling Josh aside as he headed towards his car she confessed her feelings. They would start dating within the week.

At the close of junior year of college, Josh and Pao had saved from their part time jobs to visit Orlando Florida. As the start of the vacation neared, Hurricane Irma formed off the coast of Florida. After months of planning to propose in surprise, Josh flew warily with Pao on the last flight into Florida. With the last minute change of itinerary due to the storm, the flight arrived at 5 in the morning. The resorts would close their doors Sunday and Monday to weather the storms, the travel exhausted couple pushed to visit Universal Orlando. Reaching the end of a pier, with the lake and Hogwarts castle in the background, Josh snuck the ring from his pocket. An impatient Pao eager to visit the attractions, was coaxed to stand still for a question, "Will you marry me?"
