Some love stories take the scenic route—and ours did too. We first met in 2018 and dated for a little while, but life had other plans and eventually took us in different directions. Then one day, years later, Josh reached out to Nicole on LinkedIn just to ask how she was doing… and that simple message became the start of forever. Josh invited Nicole to a concert to see Uncle Lucius, and from that night on, we’ve been together ever since. The craziest part? Our last date years earlier had been at the very same venue—Tractor Tavern in Ballard—to see William Clark Green… with the same opener. Some things are just meant to be. Since reconnecting, we’ve built a life filled with laughter, music, adventure, and love. We’ve traveled together to Ireland and the Oregon Coast, tackled yard projects side by side, and discovered that one of our favorite things is simply building something together. We love adventures, living in the moment, and making memories wherever life takes us. And now, we can’t wait for our greatest adventure yet—marriage.
