Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive to the ceremony at least 15 minutes before 5pm to allow adequate time for ushers to seat you. The Cathedral has multiple weddings on August 17th. It is important that we start on time.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Attire for the evening is formal. Please keep attire modest as we will be inside the National Shrine Cathedral of the Virgin of Guadalupe. Shawls are not necessary, but the church tends to be very cold.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes. There is parking for the Cathedral and a garage at the Arts District Mansion. You can park at either.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes! Please let us know if you have any dietary restrictions ASAP so we can let the kitchen staff know. Seats will be preassigned so that they will know where to find you.
