What should I wear?

Answer

Cute, comfortable and casual, outdoor-friendly, and weather-appropriate since our venue is outdoors. And yard games will be out to play! Bring a swimsuit if you want to do some venturing in the park to the beach or to the waterfall

Where is the reception held?

Answer

The reception will be held at Willow River State Park - Dam Shelter Picnic Area. It's an outdoor shelter that is covered with beautiful views of the dam on the river.

Do I need a park pass?

Answer

A free pass will be provided at entrance station under the Arnold's Reception

Where to go and where to park?

Answer

Once you get through the entrance of the Park, go straight and stay on the paved road. The Dam Shelter is all the way at the end of the road and comes to a roundabout. There is parking near the Dam Shelter Area with another parking lot close by at the Nature Center.

Will there be food & drinks?

Answer

Yes! Only non alcoholic drinks will be provided at Willow River - as the venue doesn't allow alcohol. Feel free to brig your own cooler for drinks and cooler! For Family and Family Friends we'll be serving Thai food: chicken gyoza (dumplings), pork egg rolls, pad thai, chicken basil fried rice and massaman curry. For our Friends, we'll serve walking tacos and all the fixings.

Seating? BYOC - Bring Your Own Chair!

Answer

There are picnic tables and some folding chairs but if you'd like something more comfortable BYOC - Bring your own chair or picnic blanket!

Is there restrooms?

Answer

Yes, there are a public restrooms near the Dam Shelter Area.

Bring the little ones with but unfortunately NO pets allowed
