Josh and I have been together for eight short years and sometime within that first year Josh had asked me what my ideal proposal would be. After thinking long and hard I realized what is more magical than getting proposed to at the most magical place on earth?! The Disneyland castle! Back in 2019 we were planning our first trip to Disneyland together with my family so Josh saw his golden opportunity. He got in contact with my whole family letting them know what his intentions were and they were very excited to help him with the proposal in any way they could. Between my mom smuggling the ring on the plane and my sister, Kelli, faking me out to get in front of the castle where Josh proposed, you could tell everyone was thrilled to help out! Of course I said yes! My dream proposal had more than come true!

Josh and I have always been drawn to California for many obvious reasons. We decided that there was no place we would rather say our “I Do’s” than somewhere on the SoCal coast so we set forth on figuring out how we were going to make this possible. After getting engaged at Disneyland we were determined to find a way to make happen. So Josh and I kidnapped our moms for a weekend, flew out to Orange County and drove up and down the southern California coast to scope out some possible beach venues. After finding some really great beaches, and some not so great ones, we finally found the perfect beach! We cannot wait to get married under the California sun!!
