The ceremony will begin at 3pm, you can arrive anytime before but please do not arrive any later than 3pm. If you are late we please ask that you join us at the cocktail hour.
After the ceremony, all guests will make their way to 135 Ngaio Drive. This will be where our cocktail hour will begin, welcome food and drinks will be served for a couple hours before heading into our reception at 6pm to continue celebrating our special day.
On Feb 8th we will be hosting a Bottomless Brunch from 10.00am onwards at 135 Ngaio Drive. To debrief, eat, recharge or continue celebrating with mimosas.
We ask that you RSVP as soon as you can so we can organise with vendors. However the deadline is the 1st November, 2025. If you have not RSVP by this date we will have to count you as a 'no'. Please refer to RSVP page to do so.
As we are trying to keep our wedding a meaningful intimate event, we are only able to accomodate those formally invited. Your name will be on the invitation message if invited.
There is street parking at both the ceremony and reception locations but we would recommend car pooling to minimise filling the streets with cars. Obviously there is no such thing as uber or taxis in Matarangi so plan accordingly for sober drivers. Lucky for you most of Matarangi is walkable too haha!
We would love for you all to be fully present when we say 'I do' so during the ceremony we ask for no phones or cameras to be out and leave this for our professional photographers. As for the rest of the celebration you are welcome to take as many photos as you like. We just ask that you do not share any photos of us until we have shared photos ourselves.

YES! There will be a fully stocked bar serving cocktails, wine, beer, RTD's and Non Alcoholics.
Gifts are not necessary, however we have put together a wishing well for those who wish to contribute we would be more than grateful. On the night of the wedding there will be a cash registry set up along with a bank acc number.
There is plenty of accomodation available in Matarangi and surrounding areas through Airbnb, Bach care or Holiday homes. Please keep in mind that the Friday is a public holiday therefore accomodation is booking fast.
