Our wedding attire is black tie optional. Guests are encouraged to dress in formal evening wear. This includes tuxedos or dark suits with tie for men, and floor length gowns, formal midi dresses, or elegant cocktail dresses for women. As our celebration takes place in the fall, feel free to lean into the seasons colors! We invite you to dress up and celebrate with us in a classic, elevated style while still choosing what feels most comfortable for you! However, we kindly ask guests to avoid casual attire such as jeans, sneakers, or sundresses. Please also refrain from wearing white.

Due to the number of Joshes in-and-around the Petersen family, Josh's nicknames have evolved in several ways over the years. The longer you spend with this group, the more likely you are to see/ hear each of these examples. However, ultimately, he would actually prefer his name be pronounced "Osh"... because the 'J' is silent.
