What's picnic-ing at Dolores like? What should I bring?

Dolores is a fun, festive and beautiful park with stunning views of downtown San Francisco! Pack a bag for the day and bring a picnic blanket or camping chairs if you have them. We'll have some extra, too, especially for folks visiting from out of town. Oh, and remember to bring layers - SF can go from sunny and warm to foggy and chilly within minutes!

Wear what makes you feel comfortable, festive and happy. Did we mention San Francisco weather can change rapidly? Remember to bring layers!

Very much so. There is a large playground right next to our picnic spot.

Negative. We want your presence, not your presents.

Is there a block of hotel rooms somewhere?

We're working on it. If you would like a room please let us know. It will help us find a good hotel and negotiate a good price.

Yes, there are 2 sets of bathrooms nearby.

We encourage you to take public transport, taxis, Lyfts, Ubers or Waymos! There is first-come-first-serve street parking all around the park and surrounding blocks.
