For the ceremony (Urban Artifact), there are some steps to enter into the church however, there are no elevators and no handicap ramp for guests to use, only the steps. For the reception (The Center), yes this is handicap accessible! There is an elevator and there are escalators!
Urban Artifact recommends that you park in the lot owned by their neighbor, a business named Donelon McCarthy, the address to the lot is 4141 Turrill St. This is essentially one block north of the venue, and is a safe, no-streets-to-cross walk to the front door. If there is anyone with mobility issues, they can certainly find a street spot or check Urban Artifact’s parking lot (off of Cherry St.) and it would be a shorter walk.
The Center recommends both The Westin Hotel's garage and the garage underneath Fountain Square. Below are the directions for finding both. Fountain Square South and Westin Hotel Garages -Take the 5th Street Exit -For the Fountain Square Garage, you will turn left on Vine St. The entrance is just on the right, at 416 Vine St. -For those who want to park under The Westin hotel, the entrance is located at 420 Vine St. Also, the most convenient handicap accessible entrance is located 115 E. 5th St. You may call The Center’s main line and they can escort you up their elevator.
After parking, guests can take either the steps leading to the US Bank Tower/Westin Hotel’s atrium or take the elevator up to Fountain Square. If you take the elevator to Fountain Square, you will need to cross the square towards the intersection of 5th and Walnut. The entrance to the building is between Currito and Queen City Wine and Spirits, just across from the bus stops. If you take the stairs, you can either take the escalator or elevator to the second floor of the U.S. Bank tower. From there you will continue East and go through two sets of double doors. The main doors to The Center will be on the left.
