Welcome to our Fairytale!

Both Josh and Jessica were tired of the dating game. They decided to give online dating one last shot before calling it quits. And so they were matched online. They talked all day everyday until their first date. Jessica was of course 30 minutes late, but Josh waited patiently and greeted her with flowers and a gift! Josh had remembered Jessica mention her favorite perfume was almost out, so he gave her a new bottle! They were both shy at first but enjoyed a nice dinner at Olive Garden and later went out for drinks. On that night, they both knew they found the one they had been searching for. Together they deleted their online dating profiles and the rest is history! And they lived LaBansky Ever After!

Josh knew he wanted to propose to Jessica in Disneyland. However, with Disneyland closed because of the pandemic, Josh got creative. The two had planned a weekend trip to Monterey for some whale watching and delicious seafood! After dinner, Josh told Jessica to meet him down at the water after she grabbed a sweater from the hotel to enjoy the sunset. She walked down the stone steps to meet him at their favorite spot in Lover’s Point. He had set up a blanket with champagne over looking the crashing waves. Complete with Mickey and Minnie to witness him pop the question, Disney castle goblets and Champagne! Josh got down on one knee and spoke the sweetest words ( which neither of us remember we were so nervous with excitement 😂). Despite Disneyland being closed, Josh combined all of Jessica’s favorite things; sunset on the beach, champagne, and Disney relics, creating one special moment the two will never forget.
