We're So Excited To Celebrate With You!

It all began on a cold February afternoon with Jess starting a brand new job at NSD. She was at her first training session and her new boss was going through the company website to show who the other staff members were. They stopped on a photo of the happiest looking red-head (unless you ask Josh, he has brown hair, but let me remind you, he is colour blind) she had ever seen, and as soon as her boss landed on this photo, everyone shouted, "and there's Watty!" Jess was immediately intrigued. Over the course of the next few months, Jess and Josh would become good work friends which would eventually lead to Jess inviting Josh to a Dierks Bentley concert, seeing as she had an extra ticket. During that concert and after one too many dome foams, Josh and Jess would share their first of many smooches to the song, "Come A Little Closer." Sounds cute right? WRONG. In the months to follow, Josh and Jess would put each other on a roller coaster of emotions, which eventually lead to Jess giving up altogether despite her telling her mom that if Josh asked her to marry him, she would in a second! It wasn't for a few months and a flurry of maintenance texts later (from Josh might I add!) that Jess would agree to go for one more drink with Josh. During that "not a date, date" Josh and Jess felt a little spark that would eventually lead to where there are today! Fast forward to 7 years later, through several degrees earned, multiple job changes, a couple of moves, many exciting vacations, a pandemic, and best of all, a new puppy named Karen, Josh would be getting down on one knee, asking Jess to marry him! So, as they say, the rest is history and as of July. 23rd, 2022, when anyone see's a photo of Jess and Josh, they will say, "there's the Watty's!"
