Where is the ceremony?
Answer
Sweet Arrow Lake County Park 108 Clubhouse Road, Pine Grove, PA 17963 The ceremony will begin at 2:30 pm. Weather permitting, the ceremony will be outside by a lake behind the reception hall. In the face of inclement weather the ceremony will be held under a large pavilion to the left of the reception hall. Please consider this when choosing your attire.

What should I wear?
Answer
We kindly request that you wear semi-formal attire. For the ladies, this may look like a knee length sun dress, a floor length maxi dress or a two-piece ensemble. For the gentlemen, this may look like blazer and slacks, a matching two-piece suit or a button down and khakis. As stated the ceremony is going to be outside, rain or shine. There will be coverage incase of inclement weather. There are paved pathways connecting either of the ceremony locations to the reception hall. Please keep this in mind when choosing attire and footwear for the day.

Will there be an open bar?
Answer
No, this will be a non-alcoholic event. We kindly request that no outside beverages be brought to the ceremony or reception.

What’s on the menu?
Answer
During our social hour after the wedding there will a charcuterie spread and an assortment of fruit available for guests to enjoy. When we transition to the reception there will be a buffet available for dinner. On the buffet there will be: Garden salad with choice of ranch or vinaigrette dressing Honey glazed carrots Bacon wrapped Brussels sprouts Stuffed shells Lemon grilled chicken Mac and cheese Red smashed potatoes After dinner there will be an assortment of desserts available, including a strawberry wedding cake. We will offer water, lemonade, tea, coffee, Coke, Diet Coke, and Sprite to drink during the social hour and reception.

How accessible is the venue?
Answer
Parking is in front reception hall, with a very short walk to either of the ceremony locations. Accessible parking is available. There are paved walkways throughout the venue and ramps to access the reception hall and the pavilion. There are public restrooms to the left of the parking lot if needed before the ceremony, and restrooms available inside the reception hall.

Will there be other people at the park?
Answer
Yes. Sweet Arrow Lake County Park is a public space, so we may see other visitors enjoying the outdoors. Please be respectful of this fact. There is going to be a security guard present to keep the park’s patrons from interrupting the ceremony and reception, and vise versa.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?
Answer
We appreciate that you want to snap photos and hold onto these memories; however, we want our guests to be present with us in the moment. For this, we have a paid professional photographer to capture the magic of the ceremony. Wedding photos will be shared on Facebook and Instagram once available. Personal cameras, phones, etc. will be welcomed during our social hour and the reception.
