No, it is generally not safe to drink the tap water in Mexico as it is not filtered. Make sure you always order bottled water and don't drink from the faucet.

Which airport do I fly into?

Fly into Cancun International Airport Carr. a Aeropuerto Cancún, 77500 Cancún, Q.R., Mexico. From there you take a shuttle to and from Planet Hollywood resort.

Which shuttle service should I use?

You can pick any shuttle service you want out of Cancun. Planet Hollywood recommends Nexustours https://www.nexustours.com/ I recommend booking in advance and also have your departure shuttle booked as well.

What dates will you be staying at the resort?

Answer

We will be staying from June 23,2026 - June 30th 2026. You can stay as long or little as you like.

Will I be able to use my phone in Mexico without getting a international plan?

Answer

Yes! If you dont have whats app yet please download it before you come and when your connected to the resorts wi-fi you can call, text and use your phone whenever you want.
