July 15th! This is for both the Welcome Dinner and Wedding. If guests are unable to mail their RSVP cards, contact Josh and Hannah directly.
The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00pm. If you are late, please do not interrupt. We recommend arriving 30 minutes prior, as this location is in a meadow and not easy to find. Directions are listed under the “Schedule” tab.
Dressy Casual, is what we are calling it. We want our guests to be comfortable and come in something they feel good while wearing. We recommend attire that is dressier than what you would wear to work, but not as fancy as formal events. We will be outside for the ceremony in the August heat, so bring sunscreen. The reception will be in a ballroom with an adjacent courtyard. Low temperatures could drop to 45 degrees, so bring a jacket. Rain is possible, this is Colorado after all. Please, no polos or t-shirts. Comfortable shoes are encouraged, as Hannah will be wearing Birkenstocks.

The ceremony space will accommodate parking for everyone. However, parking at the Surf Hotel will be limited for those not staying at the hotel. Be prepared to walk up to 3 blocks if it is a busy afternoon.
No, everyone will be responsible for their own transportation to the ceremony and reception on August 22nd. There are very few ride-share companies in the area. The Welcome Dinner on August 21st will have a bus to take guests to and from The Beach at River Runners that leaves the Surf Hotel at 6pm.
