Jonathan and I became friends in either Kindergarten or First Grade, and he has been one of my best friends ever since. I used to spend so much time at the Umbriano house growing up that his mom used to call me her "rental son". We don't live closeby anymore, but often drive to visit each other and continue inventing new games to play and entertain ourselves, just as we did our entire childhood.

Ryann and I became friends very quickly at a staff retreat seven years ago, and despite never actually living in the same city, we have only grown closer. She is hard working, one of the funniest people I know, and she's wildly loyal as well. She is the yee to my haw.

Noah and I became friends when we were randomly assigned as roommates in college. Since then he's been a constant in my life, and one of my best friends. Some of our favorite memories are a COVID-time trip to Northern California, or one of our many group ski trips to Colorado.

Abbey is one of the most genuine and pure people I've ever met. Her and I have worked together for years, but if you know anything about the missions lifestyle, it's so much more than just work. We have lived so much life together, and I couldn't imagine her anywhere else than by my side for such a special day.

Jordan is perhaps my wisest friend, and the one who always managed to hear my crazy ideas and help me rein them in to a degree. He is also the victim of one of my hiking trips through NC where we neglected to properly check the weather and almost froze to death the first night. That trip could have easily ended the new friendship, but instead it solidified us as friends for life.

I met Greta because a friend told us he thought we would *really* get along and boy was he right. Greta is one of the most vibrant, loving, and intentional people I have ever met and I am so blessed to have her as a friend.

Reed and I became close in late High School, as we were always down to go do something fun in the spur of the moment. That included impromptu trips to Coldplay concerts states away, midnight drives from RI up to Rattlesnake Mountain in NH to hike it under the stars, even driving with me to Florida when I chose to visit for the first time.

Miranda and I met at a conference ages ago. Once deciding we really liked being around each other we just never really stopped, despite having never lived in the same city. She has been there for so many important moments in my life and even planned her bachelorette party around me so that I could still be there for it before going back overseas. It's such a joy to be able to have her stand beside me on my wedding day.
