WHEN SHOULD I RSVP BY?

Answer

We kindly ask that you RSVP no later than July 18, 2026, so that we have enough time to finalize our details and coordinate with our vendors!

IS THERE A DRESS CODE?

Answer

We would love to see everyone in their best formal or semi-formal attire! The wedding party will be wearing black, so feel free to wear your favorite color or that outfit you've been looking for an excuse to wear! We kindly ask that no jeans be worn.

CAN I BRING A PLUS ONE?

Answer

Due to limited space at our venue, we are only able to accommodate those formally invited on the invitation. If you received a plus one, it will be noted on your invitation. Thank you for understanding!

ARE CHILDREN WELCOME?

Answer

As much as we love your little ones, due to limited space we ask that you not bring your children unless they were included on the invitation. Please use our wedding as an opportunity for a date night! We look forward to celebrating with you!

WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE AT THE CEREMONY?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 2:00 pm. To avoid missing anything, we ask that you arrive by 1:45 pm to ensure that you find parking and a seat before the ceremony begins!

MAY I TAKE PICTURES DURING THE CEREMONY?

Answer

We would like our ceremony to be "unplugged" meaning no use of phones or cameras during the ceremony. We have hired an amazing photographer to capture our day and we want our guests to be truly present with us during this special moment. Feel free to take all of the pictures you like during the reception!

WHAT SHOULD WE DO DURING THE GAP BETWEEN YOUR CEREMONY AND RECEPTION?

Answer

There will be a slight gap between the ceremony and reception so we can take photos and get everything set up for the celebration. During this time, feel free to check in to your hotel and freshen up, explore the area, or grab a quick drink nearby!

Is there parking at Pine Hollow?

Answer

If you are planning on driving, there is plenty of paved parking at the venue. Cars may be left overnight, but must be picked up no later than 10 am the following day. We will be providing a shuttle to and from the venue to the hotels to ensure our guests are able to get back safely! Please keep in mind that Uber and Lyft availability may be limited in the area where the venue is located.

WILL THERE BE AN OPEN BAR?

Answer

Yes! There will be an open bar with many options of beer, wine, seltzers, and signature cocktails for you to choose from! We want you to have the best time celebrating with us, so the drinks are on us but the hangover is on you!
